Who I help

People seek support with their health and wellbeing for many different reasons. You may have a specific goal in mind, or simply feel that something could be better.

Nutrition and eating habits

You want to eat better but aren’t sure where to start, or which advice to trust.

Stress

You’re experiencing periods of stress or feeling overwhelmed and want practical support to better manage your everyday wellbeing.

Sleep

You want to improve your sleep and establish better routines to feel more rested day to day.

Low energy

You’d like to understand what may be affecting your energy and feel more consistently energised through your day.

Personalised guidance

You want a plan built around your own life, not a generic template.

Healthy habits

You know what you’d like to change but find it difficult to turn good intentions into habits that last.

Your overall wellbeing

You don’t necessarily have one specific concern and simply want to feel better, take care of yourself and find an approach that fits your life.

About abl wellness

My interest in health has always come from wanting to understand what helps us genuinely feel our best, both physically and mentally. With a BSc in Psychology and Postgraduate training in Clinical Nutrition and Eating Disorders, I became particularly interested in the connection between how we eat, sleep, manage stress and look after ourselves in everyday life.

Frequently asked questions

What happens during a consultation?

Your first consultation is an opportunity for us to build a clear picture of your current health, lifestyle and wellbeing. We’ll talk through your goals, health history, nutrition, sleep, stress, energy, daily routines and any particular concerns you’d like support with. From there, we’ll identify the areas that may be having the greatest impact on how you feel and discuss realistic, personalised changes that fit into your life. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, and you’ll leave with clear next steps to work on following the session.

Are consultations online, in person, or both?

Consultations take place online, by video call.

How does booking work?

Choose a service on the Services page, then book a time directly through our online scheduling system on the Book page. You'll receive an email confirmation with the details, plus a reminder before your appointment.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full session fee. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so these will always be considered where appropriate.
